On the prelims of UFC 324, a major flyweight clash will play out as Alexa Grasso (16-5-1) faces Rose Namajunas (14-7). The organization announced this bout among many on Thursday, filling out a good portion of the first UFC event in 2026. It will be a numbered event but it will not air on pay-per-view, instead being placed on the Paramount+ platform and possibly CBS itself. The main card—of this event and all standard numbered shows going forward—will have a new start time of 9 p.m. ET, with everything else shifting back one hour earlier.

OG Invicta Vets Throw Down
Ex-flyweight beltholder Grasso finds herself on her first career losing streak, having dropped decisions to Valentina Shevchenko and Natalia Silva in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Grasso wrapped a trilogy with Shevchenko by first securing the throne in 2023, but a draw retention led to a subsequent defeat to “Bullet.” Grasso earned her crack at gold by moving up to 125 pounds in 2020 and winning four in a row.
Like Grasso, two-time strawweight queen Namajunas first made her bones at 115 pounds. After losing her second belt to Carla Esparza—a woman she faced nearly a decade earlier on the finale of season 20 of “The Ultimate Fighter”—“Thug Rose” relocated to flyweight. While her debut at the new weight went poorly, it came in a decision loss to Manon Fiorot. She has since won three of four, with the lone blemish the last two years coming against Erin Blanchfield.
