Aung La N Sang to Defend Middleweight Crown vs. Vitaly Bigdash at One ‘Infinity 1’ on April 10

Two-division champion Aung La N Sang will put his middleweight crown on the line in a trilogy bout against Vitaly Bigdash at One Championship “Infinity 1” on April 10.

One Championship “Infinity 1” takes place at Istora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is headlined by a previously reported flyweight title tilt between reigning champion Adriano Moraes and Demetrious Johnson. The event will stream on B/R Live.

N Sang and Bigdash initially squared off in January 2017, with Bigdash retaining the middleweight belt with a five-round decision win at One Championship “Quest for Power.” N Sang got revenge in their rematch, capturing middleweight gold in a five-round verdict at One Championship “Light of a Nation” in June 2017.

N Sang, also the promotion’s light heavyweight champion, is currently on a seven-bout winning streak. “The Burmese Python” is coming off a second-round TKO of Brandon Vera in a light heavyweight title defense this past October.

Russia’s Bigdash has fought just twice since the loss to N Sang. He suffered a third-round TKO defeat to Leandro Ataides at One Championship “Grit and Glory” in May 2018 before tapping out Yuki Niimura in the opening stanza at One Championship “Destiny of Champions” in December 2018.
