Two new contests have been added to the UFC on ESPN 7 lineup, as Carlos Condit will meet Mickey Gall at welterweight, and Bryce Mitchell will square off against Matt Sayles at featherweight.
Promotion officials initially confirmed the bouts through the Washington Post. UFC on ESPN 7 takes place at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 7 and is headlined by a heavyweight clash pitting Alistair Overeem against Walt Harris.
The 35-year-old Condit is currently on a five-bout Octagon losing streak that includes a submission loss to Michael Chiesa in his most recent appearance at UFC 232 this past December. Gall, meanwhile, rebounded from a TKO loss to Diego Sanchez at UFC 235 to outpoint Salim Touhari in his last outing at UFC on ESPN 5.
Mitchell is unbeaten in 11 professional fights after besting Tyler Diamond and Bobby Moffett in his first two UFC appearances. Sayles earned his first promotional triumph with a third-round tapout of Kyle Nelson at UFC Ottawa on May 4.
