Charles Oliveira Showcases Wrestling Training for UFC Rio Bout vs. Rafael Fiziev

For fans eager to follow Charles Oliveira‘s training routine for UFC Rio, Chute Boxe Diego Lima has made available on his YouTube channel daily videos of the former champion’s intense training routine.

Oliveira will face Rafael Fiziev in the main event of UFC Rio — also known as UFC Fight Night 261 — on Oct. 11 at Farmasi Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In the videos, Oliveira clearly emphasizes takedowns, cage control, and grappling, all under the watchful eye of his wrestling coach, Iranian Alireza Noei.
