Conor McGregor continued to tease a comeback fight in 2020 as his latest post hinted at a fight in the United States.

McGregor hasn’t competed since his UFC 229 submission defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov in October last year. The Irishman recently claimed he would be returning on the January 18 card with reports speculating that Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone would be his opponent.

However, as the weeks go by without any confirmation, the fight is becoming more and more uncertain.

Although McGregor hasn’t provided any further details of late, he spoke of his excitement in competing in the United States again in a Thanksgiving post on Thursday:

“Happy Thanksgiving day America!‬ ‪Today I am most thankful for my two children, Conor Jr. and Croía Mairéad, and to the woman who gifted them to me, Queen Dee ❤️‬ ‪See you guys real soon in the United States for some combat action! ‬ ‪What a country 🇺🇸 ❤️ 🇮🇪” McGregor wrote on Instagram.

Do you expect to see McGregor in action soon?
