Hooker headlined UFC Qatar against Arman Tsarukyan on Saturday. “The Hangman” suffered a second-round submission loss against Tsarukyan. Hooker is now interested in a matchup against Carneiro. Hooker observed that they are both coming off losses and believes they both “suck.”

A Lightweight Cook-Off?
“That’s a good fight. We both suck,” Hooker told The Mac Life. “We both got cooked. Islam cooked him, Arman cooked me. It would be a cook-off. We’re both s–t but he is s—-ier.”
Hooker (24-13) and “Moicano” have gone back and forth on multiple occasions in the past. Hooker even accused the Brazilian of ducking him for a matchup in Perth, Australia, last year. Hooker’s loss against Tsarukyan saw a three-fight winning streak snapped. Meanwhile, Carneiro (20-7) was riding an impressive four-fight winning streak before suffering a submission in a short-notice title shot against Islam Makhachev earlier this year. Carneiro has since dropped a unanimous decision against Beneil Dariush in June.
