“Ya Boy” has his first fight of 2020.
Eryk Anders (13-4) will face Krzysztof Jotko (21-4) in a middleweight at UFC Portland on April 11 at Moda Center, the promotion announced via a press release Wednesday.
This will be Anders’s eighth fight in two years. The former college football standout has won two straight following a three-fight skid, picking up wins over Gerald Meerschaert and Vinicius Moreira. Eight of Anders’s pro wins have come by way of knockout.
Poland’s Jotko also recently rebounded from a three-fight losing streak with consecutive wins. He defeated Alen Amedovski by unanimous decision last April and followed that up with a split nod over Marc-Andre Barriault in July. In the UFC, Jotko holds an 8-4 record.
UFC Portland will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Alistair Overeem and Walt Harris. The main card will air live on the ESPN+ streaming service.
