Tim Means seemed well on his way to a win over Niko Price on the main card of last night’s (Sat., March 9, 2019) UFC on ESPN+ 4 at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas. ‘The Dirty Bird’ was piecing ‘The Hybrid’ up on the feet, but ultimately met his end when Price unloaded a vicious knockout towards the end of the first round.

When he did, Means unfortunately suffered more than just a loss on his record. He revealed that he would need surgery for a broken tibia and ankle. Apparently, Means broke the two bones when his foot was caught under him as Price dropped him with the knockout punch.
