Michael Chiesa will get a home game for his next Octagon appearance.
The promotion announced on Saturday that the Spokane, Washington native will square off against Carlston Harris at UFC Seattle on March 28. The event, which is also known as UFC Fight Night 271, takes place at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle and is headlined by a middleweight showdown pitting Israel Adesanya against Joe Pyfer.
Filling Out the Card
The UFC also confirmed the following three bouts for the card: Marcin Tybura vs. Valter Walker at heavyweight; Casey O’Neill vs. Gabriella Fernandes at flyweight and Mansur Abdul-Malik vs. Yousri Belgaroui at middleweight.
Chiesa, 38, will take a three-bout winning streak into the matchup with Harris. The Sikjitsu representative competed once in 2025, garnering a three-round verdict over Court McGee at UFC Atlanta on June 14. His current streak also includes triumphs against Max Griffin and Tony Ferguson. “The Ultimate Fighter 15” winner is 14-7 over the course of a UFC tenure that began in 2012.
Harris meanwhile, is coming off back-to-back losses against Kalinn Williams and Santiago Ponzinibbio in UFC competition. The 38-year-old is 4-3 in the Las Vegas-based promotion and owns a notable win over former Professional Fighters League champ Impa Kasanganay.
