Middleweights Darren Stewart, Marvin Vettori to Clash at UFC London on March 21

A middleweight bout pitting Darren Stewart against Marvin Vettori has been added to the UFC London lineup.

Promotion officials announced the contest on Tuesday. UFC London takes place at The O2 Arena and could air on ESPN or ESPN+. A headliner for the card has not yet been revealed.

After beginning his promotional tenure with a non contest followed by three consecutive defeats, Stewart, a London native, has found his footing in the Octagon. “The Dentist” has won four of his five appearances since 2018, including a split decision triumph over Deron Winn in his most recent outing at UFC on ESPN 6 this past October.

Vettori, meanwhile, rebounded from a split-decision loss to current middleweight king Israel Adesanya at UFC on Fox 29 to post back-to-back decision victories over Cezar Ferreira and Andrew Sanchez. The Italian fighter is 4-2-1 in the UFC and 14-4-1 as a professional overall.
