The Las Vegas-based promotion announced on Monday that Nassourdine Imavov will lock horns with Caio Barralho in the featured bout at UFC Paris on Sept. 6 at the Accor Arena. No other fights have been confirmed for the event, which is also known as UFC Fight Night 258.
Imavov Gets Headlining Bout on Home Soil
A native of Paris, Imavov will take a four-fight promotional winning streak into the headlining bout. He is coming off a second-round technical knockout victory over ex-middleweight king Israel Adesanya at UFC Saudi Arabia on Feb. 1. His current hot streak also includes triumphs over Brendan Allen, Jared Cannonier and Roman Dolidze.
Borralho, meanwhile, has been victorious in his first seven Octagon appearances. Most recently, The Fighting Nerds standout took a five-round verdict over Cannonier in the UFC on ESPN 62 main event last August.
