Professional Fighters League Updates July’s 2025 PFL Europe 2 Lineup

Professional Fighters League on Thursday made public its plans for July 5’s 2025 PFL Europe 2 in Brussels, Belgium. The event was originally slated for May 23 in Paris, but was postponed on May 8 for undisclosed reasons.

Undefeated Belgian 165-pound prospect Patrick Habirora (6-0) will anchor the card against a yet-to-be-revealed opponent. Habirora’s Red Kings teammate, Boris Mbarga Atangana (5-0), will also lock horns with a foe to be determined.

The bill’s co-main event will see Taylor Lapilus (21-4) make his SmartCage debut against 2024 PFL MENA bantamweight champion Ali Taleb (12-1). Rounding out the card will be the first round of PFL Europe’s 2025 135-pound tournament and several showcase bouts highlighting Belgian and French talent.

β€œPFL is making its first ever trip to Brussels, and we are going to put on a show in the ING Arena for the people of Belgium like nothing they’ve seen before,” said PFL Chief Executive Officer Pete Murray in a press release. β€œWe have an absolute star on our hands with Patrick Habirora, and his fans are going to erupt when they see him make his first ever walk as a professional fighter in his home country of Belgium. Stay tuned, as we’re going to stack this card with elite fights such as our co-main event between Taylor Lapilus and Ali Taleb, and more Belgian athletes are set to be added. Get your tickets, because we’re going to make history.”
