RIZIN 20 video: Tenshin Nasukawa destroys Rui Ebata with first-round stoppage

Rising Japanese star Tenshin Nasukawa put on a show one more time at RIZIN.

The undefeated 21-year-old striker took one arguably the toughest fight of his kickboxing career in Rui Ebata at RIZIN 20 in Saitama, Japan, on Dec. 31, but made short work of the fellow Japanese fighter with a first-round stoppage.

Nasukawa started off strong with left hands and kicks to the body, dropping Ebata in the second half of the opening stanza. Ebata got back up, but was stunned and dropped a second time with punches to the head.

With 30 seconds left in the clock, Nasukawa rushed forward for the third knockdown that would end the contest, and got it with a spinning kick followed by a combo of punches to the head and body.

The 21-year-old phenom now holds a 34-0 as a professional kickboxer, dropping Ebata’s record to 37-2-3.
