A pair of match-ups were added to UFC’s upcoming event in Boise, Idaho, on July 14.
The Fight Night card takes place at the CenturyLink Arena, and the venue’s official website announced Raoni Barcelos vs. Kurt Holobaugh and Mark De La Rosa vs. Elias Garcia for the card. Barcelos vs. Holobaugh was first reported by MMA Today. MMA Fighting confirmed the news with sources close to the situation.
Barcelos (11-1) is a former RFA featherweight champion who will finally make his Octagon debut after a couple of cancelled UFC fights in 2017. Holobaugh (17-4, 1 no contest), an ex-champion over at Titan FC, won eight out of 11 fights since his first and only UFC fight in 2013, a loss to Steven Siler.
De La Rosa (9-1) gets another chance under the UFC banner after suffering his first professional loss to Tim Elliott in his Octagon debut in December. Garcia (5-0) signed with the UFC after racking up an undefeated record as an amateur and professional fighter.
UFC Boise will be headlined by former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos against former WSOF heavyweight champion Blagoi Ivanov.
