UFC 315 bonuses: Jack Della Maddalena, Belal Muhammad earn Fight of the Night for epic title clash

Jack Della Maddalena and Belal Muhammad left it all in the cage and were rewarded handsomely for their efforts.

The UFC 315 main event competitors earned Saturday’s Fight of the Night award for their instant classic welterweight title clash. It was Della Maddalena who earned a unanimous decision to take Muhammad’s belt, but both fighters earned an extra $50,000 in bonus money and it was well-deserved as their fellow fighters raved about the contest.

This was the second Fight of the Night for both men, Muhammad’s first since his UFC debut in 2016. Della Maddalena has earned bonuses in six of his eight UFC appearances.

Performance of the Night bonuses went to Canadian standouts Jasmine Jasudavicius and Marc-Andre Barriault, who thrilled the Montreal crowd with incredible finishes.

Jasudavicius won her fifth straight fight and scored the biggest win of her career with a first-round submission of former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade.

Barriault needed a win to stop a three-fight skid and he found it in emphatic fashion, scoring a scary first-round knockout that resulted in opponent Bruno Silva exiting the octagon on a stretcher.
