‘UFC 317 Countdown’ video

Ilia Topuria looks to become a two-division UFC champion, while Charles Oliveira finally gets his chance to regain the lightweight title.

This Saturday, UFC 317 goes down headlined by Topuria vs. Oliveira for the vacant lightweight title after Islam Makhachev relinquished the championship for his own quest to become a multi-division titleholder. In the co-main event, Alexandre Pantoja puts his flyweight title on the line for the fourth time as he faces challenger Kai Kara-France.

The “UFC 317 Countdown” video takes a closer look at both title fights, Topuria’s move to the lightweight division after vacating the 145-pound title earlier this year, Oliveira’s quest to become a two-time champ, Pantoja chasing flyweight greatness, what becoming champion would mean to Kara-France and his hometown fan base, and more.

UFC 317 takes place this Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and serves as the promotion’s annual International Fight Week pay-per-view event.
