In one of the most anticipated fights of the year, Daniel Cormier and Stipe Miocic clashed for a third time at UFC 252 on Aug. 15 in Las Vegas.
UFC heavyweight champion Miocic would retain his title with a unanimous decision (49-46 x2, 48-47) victory over Cormier, who decided to retire after the loss.
Miocic is expected to defend his title against Francis Ngannou next and the showdown could happen in March 2021.
