UFC moves Sept. 4 event from London to Las Vegas, Ariane Lipski replaces Taila Santos vs. Mandy Bohm

The UFC is not going to London on Sept. 4 after all.

The company planned on having their first event in Europe since 2019 with a card in England, but sources told MMA Fighting that the card will take place at the UFC APEX instead. Ariel Helwani first reported the possibility. Darren Till will still headline the event opposite Derek Brunson, sources said.

With the change of locations, Brazilian flyweight Taila Santos is now unable to face Mandy Bohm due to visa issues. Ariane Lipski has agreed to step in as a replacement to challenge Bohm, multiple people with knowledge of the change told MMA Fighting.

Lipski (13-7) is a former KSW flyweight champion who looks to get back on track in the UFC following consecutive TKO losses to Antonina Shevchenko and Montana De La Rosa, dropping her overall octagon record to 2-4.

Bohm (7-0, 1 no contest) makes her promotional debut after winning seven in a row since her MMA debut in 2014, capped off by a decision victory over Griet Eeckhout under the Bellator banner in Italy this past November.
