UFC on Fox 28 Update: Alan Jouban vs. Ben Saunders Booked for Orlando on Feb. 24

Welterweights Alan Jouban and Ben Saunders will lock horns at UFC on Fox 28 in Orlando on Feb. 24.

Promotion officials recently confirmed the pairing. UFC on Fox 28 takes place at the Amway Center and will be televised on the Fox Network, with prelims airing on Fox Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. A headliner for the card has yet to be revealed.

Jouban went 0-2 in 2017, falling to Niko Price via TKO at UFC Fight Night 114 and Gunnar Nelson by submission at UFC Fight Night 107. Prior to that, the 35-year-old Louisianan had won five of his previous six Octagon appearances, including a decision over knockout artist Mike Perry.

Saunders had a two-fight winning streak snapped at UFC Fight Night 109, as he suffered a second-round TKO defeat to Peter Sobotta. “Killa B” is 5-2 during his second UFC stint, which began in August 2014. The 34-year-old owns a 21-8-2 career mark.
