Vicente Luque will replace the injured Luan Chagas and face Niko Price at UFC Fight Night 119 on Oct. 28.
The Las Vegas-based promotion announced the change on Wednesday. UFC Fight Night 119 takes place at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo on Oct. 28 and is headlined by a middleweight duel between Lyoto Machida and Derek Brunson. The evening’s main card will be televised on Fox Sports 1.
Luque, 25, saw a four-fight winning streak come to an end in a unanimous decision loss to Leon Edwards in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night 107 on March 18.
Price, meanwhile, is 11-0 as a pro and 3-0 in the UFC. Most recently, he scored a first-round stoppage of Alan Jouban at UFC Fight Night 114 on Aug. 5.
