Talk about a reversal of fortune.
A prelim bout at Dynasty Combat Sports 91 ended in unfortunate fashion when one of the fighters lost after vomiting during the first round of his fight that aired on TrillerTV .
Kafele Mensah faced Josh Spatz in an amateur lightweight contest. The two had a competitive first few minutes, that Mensah was getting the better of, but after separating from a clinch, Mensah appeared slightly unwell. Spatz did not pursue, and moments later, Mensah spewed a stream of blue vomit out onto the canvas.
That’s a first.
We might need a clean-up on the Dynasty Combat Sports mat.
