Video: Rodrigo Lidio scores brutal walk-off KO of Arthur Lima at LFA 111

Rodrigo Lidio is a dangerous, dangerous man.

The 32-year-old lightweight strolled into Friday’s LFA 111 event with all of his pro MMA wins ending in stoppages — and he left not only with that feat intact, but also with perhaps the finest highlight of his career. Just 23 seconds into the second round, Lidio (12-2) tagged Arthur Lima with a picture-perfect left hook that instantly sent his foe to the land of winds and ghosts, as Lima tumbled backward to the canvas.

LFA 111 took place Friday night at the Upper Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lightweight prospect Ismael Bonfim (15-3) defeated Rangel de Sá (10-2) via unanimous decision in the night’s main event, while Marcos Breno (14-2) defeated Ary Farias (10-3) via first-round knockout in the evening’s co-headliner.

The event featured an all-Brazilian card and is able to be streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
