Zoila Frausto to Headline Combate Americas Event in Stockton on Dec. 13

Latin American mixed martial arts promotion Combate Americas will return to Stockton, Calif., for an event on Dec. 13.

Bellator and Invicta Fighting Championships veteran Zoila Frausto will compete in the headliner against an as-yet-to-be-determined opponent. The card will be held at Stockton Arena and airs in the United States on Univision at 12 a.m. ET/PT and on TUDN at 12 a.m. ET/9 p.m. PT.

The evening’s main draw will also include a featherweight pairing pitting Javier Reyes against Joe Neal. On the prelims, Jose Aguayo will meet Michael Humphrey at featherweight, while Yajaira Cunningham will face McKenna Mitchell at strawweight.

Frausto, 35, is 1-1 under the Combate Americas banner. In her most recent outing, “Warrior Princess” tapped to an armbar from Reina Cordoba in the opening stanza at Combate 41 on Aug. 2. Frausto is 14-6 as a professional and owns notable wins over the likes of Megumi Fujii, Jessica Aguilar, Jessica Penne and Rosi Sexton.
