A lightweight clash pitting Alan Patrick Silva Alves against Damir Hadzovic has been added to the UFC Fight Night 125 lineup.
Hadzovic confirmed the matchup via Twitter following an initial report from Combate. UFC Fight Night 125 takes place at Mangueirinho Gymnasium on Feb. 3 and is headlined by a middleweight tilt between Lyoto Machida and Eryk Anders.
Patrick has been victorious in four of his first five Octagon appearances. The Brazilian known as “Nuguette” hasn’t competed since September 2016, when earned a unanimous decision over Steven Ray at UFC Fight Night 95. The X-Gym representative owns a 14-1 career mark that includes six triumphs inside the distance.
After suffering a first-round knockout loss to Mairbek Taisumov in his Octagon debut, Hadzovic rebounded to score a third-round KO of Marcin Held in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night 109 this past May. “The Bosnian Bomber” is 11-3 as a pro, with nine wins via knockout, technical knockout or submission.
