At the Bellator 234 weigh-ins, all 42 fighters taking part in Thursday’s Bellator 234 fights stepped on the scale Wednesday.
In the main event, heavyweights Sergei Kharitonov and Linton Vassell successfully came in under the 265-pound limit (with one-pound allowance).
Welterweight Ameer Bashir came in 2.4 pounds heavy and will forfeit 20 percent of his purse to opponent Robson Gracie Jr. Lightweights Gustavo Wurlitzer and Vugar Keramov both missed weight, but their resulting fines are offsetting. Both bouts will proceed as scheduled.
Bellator 234 takes place Thursday afternoon in Tel Aviv, Israel. The North American broadcast will air on tape delay Friday evening.
