Davion Franklin predicted he would run through Everett Cummings. Then he did just that in their Bellator 264 meeting.
Franklin needed just 21 seconds to stop Cummings, who afterward needed a stool and an ice pack to nurse the leg kick that produced a visible wince. It was Franklin’s leg, however, that rattled his brain before a flurry of right hands produced the finish.

Franklin, a Jackson Wink product who once tried out for WWE, extended his unbeaten streak to four fights in highlight-reel fashion. Cummings suffered the first pro loss in his 15-fight career.
