Chris Wade set to make PFL debut in June

Life after the UFC starts in June for Chris Wade.

Wade will meet Natan Schulte in the first round of the upcoming PFL lightweight tournament on June 21 in Chicago, MMA Fighting has learned.

Wade (12-3) signed with PFL earlier this year after the UFC chose not to renew his contract. He left the promotion with a 5-2 record inside the Octagon.

Schulte (11-3) most recently had his ten-fight winning streak snapped when he lost to Islam Mamedov at WSOF 35 last March.

Wade first revealed the news to FanSided MMA.

The rebranded PFL, formerly known as the WSOF, kicks off on June 7 in New York City.
