UFC Vegas 91 cage announcer Joe Martinez was doing his thing, and then he wasn’t — and then he was again.
During Saturday’s event at the UFC APEX, Martinez handled most of the cage announcing duties until the decision needed to be read for Karine Silva’s win over Ariane da Silva, which was done by roving reporter Charly Arnolt. Arnolt then went on to do the introductions and win announcement for Bogdan Guskov’s knockout win over Ryan Spann.
Once headliners Matheus Nicolau and Alex Perez made their way to the octagon, Martinez was back to ask the dozens of fans in attendance if they were ready for the flyweight main event.
