MVP “Rousey vs. Carano” airs on Netflix and is headlined by a five-round featherweight showdown between Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano. Other featured contests include a heavyweight matchup pitting Francis Ngannou against Philipe Lins and a welterweight scrap between Nate Diaz and Mike Perry.

Plenty of Momentum

Creighton will take a seven-bout winning streak into the matchup with Jackson. Most recently, the Poway, California, native defeated Diego Bianchini via unanimous decision at LFA 223 this past November. During his current run, Creighton has also won titles in Melee Combat Championship and Urijah Faber A1 Combat. Last year, Creighton competed on Season 33 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” where he bested Andreeas Binder before falling to Rodrigo Sezinando in the semifinals.
A former Bellator MMA title holder, the 35-year-old Jackson last appeared in the semifinals of the Professional Fighters League welterweight tournament, where he dropped a split decision to eventual champion Thad Jean last June.
