It seems finding a suitable opponent in the Octagon for Cyborg has always been challenging for Ultimate Fighting Championship matchmakers, especially after the Brazilian puts on a performance like she did this weekend.

That fight seems to be locked in after Dana White officially went on record stating it’s next. Nunes faces Raquel Pennington at UFC 224.
Anderson had been scheduled to make her Octagon debut against Cyborg at UFC 214 on July 29, 2017. However, she pulled out of the bout citing “personal issues” and Cyborg went on to face the veteran Tonya Evinger instead.
