Miesha Tate says she’s in the best shape of her life, posts photo to prove it
Former women’s bantamweight champion Miesha Tate headlines the Nov. 20 UFC Vegas 43 fight card against No. 7 ranked Ketlen Vieira.
Tate returned to the octagon in July after five years away from the sport defeating Marion Reneau by TKO. With the win, “Cupcake” jumped into the top 10 rankings. The 35-year old Tate says that she’s in the best shape of her life and posted a photo to social media to prove it.
