UFC Vegas 33 has taken another hit as a welterweight bout between Niklas Stolze and Jared Gooden scheduled for Saturday’s main card at UFC APEX in Las Vegas has been cancelled, according to the official lineup sheet reported by TSN:
Am told that Niklas Stolze vs. Jared Gooden is OFF of tonight’s #UFCVegas33
Card proceeds with nine bouts and Cheyanne Buys vs. Gloria de Paula has been moved into the co-main event slot. pic.twitter.com/iRFrb5enla

The reason for the change is yet to be announced.
News of this cancellation hits the same morning that the UFC Vegas 33 card lost its scheduled co-main event between bantamweights Kyung Ho Kang and Rani Yahya. Yahya announced that he tested positive for COVID-19 and was forced to withdraw from the fight.
A strawweight bout between Cheyanne Buys and Gloria de Paula will now serve as Saturday’s co-main event.
