PFL Announces Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight Rosters for 2025 World Tournament

The entire lineup for the 2025 Professional Fighters League World Tournament is now in place.

On Wednesday, the promotion announced the rosters for the eight-man brackets at heavyweight and light heavyweight. Two alternates were also set for the 205-pound field. Alternates at heavyweight were not provided.

The heavyweight lineup includes the Oleg Popov, who fell to Denis Goltsov in the 2024 PFL finals and Alexander Romanov, who went 7-3 in the UFC before being released from the Las Vegas-based organization. Former Bellator MMA interim heavyweight king Valentin Moldavsky will also be a participant.

Meanwhile, former Bellator champ and longtime UFC veteran Phil Davis headlines the 205-pound roster. The tournament will also feature a pair of former PFL champions in Rob Wilkinson and Antonio Carlos Jr.

The 2025 PFL World Tournament will begin with events on April 3, April 11, April 18 and May 1 at the backlot of Universal Studios Florida in Orlando. The winner of each bracket will receive a $500,000 bonus, and the tournament as a whole will provide payouts of more than $20 million. Events will be broadcast on the family of ESPN platforms in the United States.

Tournament matchups will be announced on March 11 as part of a special bracket reveal show.
