The Professional Fighters League founder on Sunday put together a hypothetical card that the league would hold in the afternoon on July 4, 2026 before the UFC takes center stage in the evening. United States President Donald Trump announced last week that he plans to hold a UFC event on White House grounds next year as part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
“MMA at White House, great idea [Donald Trump] for July 4, 2026,” Davis wrote. “PFL has WOW fight card for MMA fans to celebrate USA 250 anniversary!”

The PFL main event would take place at heavyweight, with former UFC title holder Francis Ngannou squaring off against ex-Bellator light heavyweight king Vadim Nemkov In the co-headliner, lightweight champ Usman Nurmagomedov would lock horns with Paul Hughes in a rematch of one of the best fights of 2025.
The PFL lineup would also feature the likes of 2024 flyweight queen Dakota Ditcheva, Bellator middleweight champ Johnny Eblen and women’s pound-for-pound great Cristiane Justino. If it came to fruition, the card would rival any of the best events the promotion has held thus far, including its “Battle of the Giants” pay-per-view in October 2024 as well as the PFL vs. Bellator event in February 2024.
