PFL Lyon features a heavyweight championship clash between Vadim Nemkov and Renan Ferreira and a women’s featherweight title tilt pitting Cris Cyborg against Sara Collins. The event will also include PFL Europe finals at bantamweight and lightweight. The card will stream on the ESPN app beginning at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT.

Atangana is undefeated in seven professional outings — including two under the PFL banner. Most recently, the Belgium-based fighter defeated Jhony Gregory via first-round TKO at PFL Europe 3 on Sept. 26. “Alain” has finished all seven of his victories inside the distance.

Soares will take a four-bout winning streak into the matchup with Atangana. The 32-year-old Brazilian last appeared at LFA 218 on Sept. 27, when he took a unanimous verdict over Robin Roos.
