PFL Season 2 Playoffs Set with Three October Events at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas

The Professional Fighters League Season 2 playoffs will commence with a series of three events in October.

All three cards will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. PFL 7: 2019 Playoffs 1 will take place on Oct. 11 and features men’s welterweights and women’s lightweights; PFL 8: 2019 Playoffs 2 takes place on Oct. 17 and features featherweights and lightweights and PFL 9: 2019 Playoffs 3 takes place on Oct. 31 and includes light heavyweights and heavyweights.

The women’s lightweight division features a four-fighter bracket and will only include semifinals on Oct. 11. All other weight classes have eight-man brackets and will feature quarterfinals and semifinals on the same night. PFL playoff events will air on ESPN2 and ESPN+.

Finalists in each tournament will advance to the PFL championship, which is currently expected to take place on Dec. 31 in New York at an as yet to be announced venue. Winners in each weight class receive a $1 million prize.
