UFC 302 broadcast team: Joe Rogan returns for Islam Makhachev vs. Dustin Poirier

The trio of Jon Anik, Joe Rogan, and Daniel Cormier will reunite for Saturday’s UFC 302.

Multiple people with knowledge of the promotion’s plans confirmed to MMA Fighting that Rogan will return to the broadcast booth with Anik and Cormier for UFC 302, which takes place at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

Rogan was not on the broadcast for UFC 301 earlier this month as he doesn’t make the trek for international pay-per-view broadcasts.

Megan Olivi will join the team as the roving reporter for the promotion’s return to The Garden State, while Din Thomas will provide coaching analysis during the fight card.

The analyst desk will feature Chael Sonnen, Laura Sanko, and Anthony Smith.

UFC 302 will be headlined by a lightweight title fight between Islam Makhachev and Dustin Poirier. In the co-main event, Sean Strickland will face Paulo Costa in a five-round middleweight tilt.
