The organization released the news on Thursday that “Patchy” Mix (20-2) is making his return to the Octagon at UFC 320 on Oct. 4 in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. He will square off against a promotional neophyte in Jakub Wiklacz (16-3-2), who recently joined the UFC as the outgoing KSW bantamweight kingpin.

Mix saw his seven-fight win streak that included the final run of the Bellator MMA bantamweight throne end abruptly in June. His organizational debut came on the main card of UFC 316 as a high-profile acquisition, and he lost a decision to Mario Bautista to cool his hot run.
Wiklacz Joins UFC After Rare Tetralogy Series vs. Sebastian Przybysz
In his last time out, Poland’s Wiklacz settled his fourth bout in the confines of KSW with Przybysz, putting his longtime rival to sleep with a guillotine choke. This put Wiklacz up two wins to one in their KSW series, with a technical decision unanimous draw ruling in their third go-round when he blasted Przybysz with an illegal soccer kick to move their championship tilt to the judges’ scorecards.
“Masa” made his debut with KSW in 2020, where he faced Przybysz before either man was in the 135-pound title picture. Surprisingly, the two actually tangled a fifth time prior to testing the water in the Polish promotion. Both men first squared off at ACB 63 in 2017 in Gdansk, Poland, and he won the initial of five overall matches with “Sebic.” All of his other wins under the KSW banner against anyone not named Przybysz went in his favor, whether a title defense against Zuriko Jojua or victories over names Bruno Santos, Antun Rakic and Patryk Surdyn.
