The flag of Denmark is flying high as the UFC prepares to make its debut in the Scandinavian country.
Sweden’s Jack Hermansson and America’s Jared Cannonier headline the UFC Copenhagen poster, which was released Tuesday. Iceland’s Gunnar Nelson and Brazil’s Thiago Alves are also featured:

Hermansson looks to continue his dark horse campaign for a middleweight title as he takes a four-fight win streak into his main event matchup with Cannonier, who is 2-0 since dropping down to 185 pounds.
In the co-main event, Nelson and Alves are both coming off of losses and need a win to avoid plummeting down the crowded welterweight rankings.
UFC Copenhagen takes place at Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark on Sept. 28, with the main card airing live on the ESPN+ streaming service.
