Paramount, the new broadcast partner of the UFC, announced on Thursday that it would be adding one new member to the group of analysts that break down fights at the desk. Per the company, the remainder of the broadcast crew from the previous deal will continue as usual, ranging from Jon Anik, Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier in the booth to Bruce Buffer on the microphone to Megan Olivi as the roving reporter and Din Thomas as the live analyst. One more talent will be joining the UFC 324 team.

Additional coverage will include the pre-pay-per-view—these cards now simply titled “numbered events” or “premium live events”—weigh-in show, hosted by Dan Hellie and joined by Laura Sanko, Cormier and Chris Weidman. Other standard coverage like the official and ceremonial weigh-ins will air on Paramount+, along with the event itself that Saturday.
A New Host
On the desk, away from the action, mainstays and former champions Michael Bisping, Dominick Cruz and Weidman will be joined by host Kate Scott. Scott, 42, has covered a litany of sports and participated on broadcasts from the NFL, NBA, NHL as well as the Olympics and more. She currently is the play-by-play commentator for the televised Philadelphia 76ers broadcasts, and as a multilingual telecaster, she hosts CBS Sports’ coverage of UEFA Champions League.
UFC 324 goes down on Jan. 24 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with one championship bout taking place on the billing. Justin Gaethje and Paddy Pimblett will throw down for the interim lightweight belt, with the previous co-main of Amanda Nunes vs. Kayla Harrison off because the latter needed neck surgery. The new co-headliner sees former bantamweight beltholder Sean O’Malley take on Yadong Song. Additional tilts on the main card include a heavyweight bash between Waldo Cortes-Acosta and Derrick Lewis, a flyweight clash pitting Natalia Silva against Rose Namajunas and a featherweight smash as Arnold Allen battles Jean Silva.
