Arman Tsarukyan refuses to believe that he broke Dan Hooker’s nose with a headbutt.

Tsarukyan (23-3) and Hooker (24-13) clashed in a lightweight bout at UFC Qatar this past November. Tsarukyan headbutted Hooker at the weigh-ins before the fight. However, the matchup was still in place, and Tsarukyan earned a dominant second-round submission win over Hooker.

Hooker recently accused Tsarukyan of breaking his nose with the headbutt at the weigh-ins. “The Hangman” was allegedly diagnosed with a fractured nose after the fight and believes it didn’t happen during the fight.

“It was f——ing when this c—t f—-ng head-butted me at the weigh-in and broke my f—-ing nose, it pissed me right off,” Hooker said on “The Ariel Helwani Show.” “They scanned me after the fight, they took me to hospital. They were like, ‘You’ve got a fractured nose.’ C—t, that was the weigh-in. That had absolutely nothing to do with the fight.”

Before and After

However, Tsarukyan refuses to believe the headbutt had anything to do with Hooker’s damaged nose. Tsarukyan posted two comparative photos of Hooker before and after the fight. While Hooker’s nose seemed fine before the fight, it appears visibly disfigured after the fight. Tsarukyan wrote in the caption: “Come on, Dan”

Tsarukyan (23-3) had finally hoped to secure a title shot with his win over Hooker. However, ‘Ahalkalkets” was sidelined as Justin Gaethje won the interim lightweight title against Paddy Pimblett at UFC 324 last weekend. Meanwhile, Hooker (24-13) is scheduled to fight Benoit St. Denis (16-3) at UFC 325 on Saturday at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia.
