The Contender Series takes place on Tuesday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas and airs on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The evening’s featured contest is a middleweight affair pitting Trent Miller (184) against Ryan Gandra (184).
Anchored at Xtreme Couture, Miller has competed for a variety of regional organizations including Tuff-N-Uff, Legacy Fighting Alliance and Cage Fury Fighting Championships. He is 2-0 thus far in 2025 and is coming off a third-round TKO of Said-Magomed Abdulgaziev at Tuff-N-Uff 144 on May 22.
Brazil’s Gandra has won six consecutive professional outings — five inside the distance. Most recently, “Problema” knocked out Vladimir Calvo Marrero in the opening stanza of their encounter at LFA 197 this past November.
