Dana White recently shared his take on how long famous athletes would last in the cage against a prime Khabib Nurmagomedov.
White believes Nurmagomedov would make quick work of Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green. White believes the former UFC lightweight champ would also finish future NBA Hall of Famer LeBron James in short order. While White believes IShowSpeed would be an intriguing matchup, he doesn’t think the influencer athlete would last long against “The Eagle.” White believes YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul would last the longest against Nurmagomedov out of the whole list. White believes Paul’s college wrestling experience, combined with his boxing pedigree would allow “The Problem Child” to go 25 seconds against Nurmagomedov.

White gave his take on each in an interview with Overtime:
Draymond Green: I don’t know man, 10 seconds.
LeBron James: 10 seconds, [Khabib’s] gonna get him, and he’s gonna strangle him or rip his arm off.
Ishowspeed: That’s interesting, bcause he is a very athletic, talented kid, but not long.
Jake Paul: The difference between the Paul brothers i, they have some wrestling and things like that. But I’ll give Jake 25 seconds… Jake actually fights, but it doesn’t last long.
Nurmagomedov is one of the most dominant fighters to have ever graced the sport. The Dagestani legend walked through the entire UFC lightweight roster during his title reign. While he finished the likes of Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje, Nurmagomedov’s legacy is arguably most remembered by his rivalry against Conor McGregor, which ended with a stoppage win over “The Notorious.” Following the demise of his father, Nurmagomedov hung up his gloves as the undefeated champ after defending his title against Gaethje in 2020, honoring a promise made to his mother. While White tried his best to convince Nurmagomedov to return while he was still at his prime, the UFC Hall of Famer stayed firm on his decision.
