Baustista faces Nurmagomedov at UFC 321 on Oct. 25 at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. There have been several accusations of Caucasian and Muslim fighters being favoured in Dubai in the past. In an ideal scenario, Bautista believes his victory will be so emphatic that biases won’t matter. Bautista wants it to be known that it has to be “robbery” if he loses a decision against Nurmagomedov.

The Crowd Won’t Even Matter
“If it plays right in my mind, it doesn’t even matter about the crowd,” Bautista told Home of Fight. “If it does go to a decision, I want it to be cut and clear that I won. And if somehow I lose a decision, I want it to be known that it’s just a robbery. There’s no if and but about it.”
Nurmagomedov’s brother Usman won the inaugural PFL lightweight title against Paul Hughes last weekend in Dubai. While many believe the fight could have been scored either way, one of the judges was severely criticized for scoring it 50-45 in favour of Nurmagomedov.
Umar is coming off his lone professional loss in a failed title bid against Merab Dvalishvili this past January. Meanwhile, Bautista is riding an eight-fight winning streak which includes a contentious split-decision victory over Jose Aldo.
