All five title fights for the New Year’s Eve event are official after weigh-ins on Tuesday. Rizin “Shiwasu No Cho Tsuwamono Matusi” takes place on Wednesday at Saitama Super Arena in Saitaima, Japan, and is headlined by a featherweight title tilt between Rajabali Shaidullaev (145.3 pounds) and Mikuru Asakura (145.5). The event is available via pay-per-view on Rizin.TV.

Shaidullaev is undefeated in 15 professional outings — including five under the Rizin banner. The 25-year-old Kyrgyzstan native last appeared at Rizin 58 on Sept. 28, when he dispatched Viktor Kolesnik via technical knockout 33 seconds into the opening stanza. Shaidullaev has finished all of his wins inside the distance.
Asakura has compiled a 13-4 record with Rizin since 2018. His 2025 campaign included a doctor stoppage victory over Chihiro Suzuki at Rizin “Otoko Matsuri” in May and a split-decision triumph against Kleber Koike Erbst at Super Rizin 4 in July.
