Video: Veronica Macedo says she’s still fighting at UFC Busan five weeks after UFC Sao Paulo

SAO PAULO — Veronica Macedo agreed to face Ariane Lipski on short notice at UFC Sao Paulo, replacing Priscila Cachoeira in a flyweight bout at Saturday night. But she said she hasn’t given up on fighting Amanda Lemos in a strawweight contest on Dec. 21.

Macedo sat down with MMA Fighting in Sao Paulo to discuss why she’s intent on entering the Octagon twice in five weeks, how facing Lipski helps her prepare for Lemos, what she misses the most about living in Brazil, and much more.
